How To Build an Amway Business
What is Success?
Key Point: Success is different for everyone
Key Point: Success is related to achieving goals
Key Point: Success is a process
Key Point: Success is wholistic
Key Point: Success comes from helping others
Key Point: Success begins with 1
What’s your dream?
Overview to Achieving Success
Long Term Goal
eg. Diamond = 6 x Q6 21% legs
Key Point: Achieving Success in Amway will allow us to realise our dreams
Key Point: Achieving Diamond is to help 6 groups reach 21%
Key Point: Q6 means that each group’s business volume is at least 21% and stable
Key Point: In order to do this we must need a combination of self motivated IBO leaders and customers ie. people and products
Key Point: In order to help others reach 21% we must first become 21%
Medium Term Goal
eg. Reach 21%
Key Point: We will need to have customers as personal consumption alone will not be enough ( Selling )
Key Point: We will need to show the business opportunity so that others may be interested to become fellow IBO’s ( Sponsoring )
Key Point: We will need to create customer satisfaction so that our customers will continue to purchase Amway products ( Servicing )
Key Point: We will need to empower people with knowledge and basic skills so that they can operate their own business independently ( Duplication )
Key Point: We must first be able to Sell, Service, Sponsor and Duplicate before we can empower others to do so
Key Point: To become 21% will require a process of accumulation
Short Term Goal
eg. Become 9% 5 star Leader
Key Point: In order to learn, we must first find and environment where we can observe the successful Selling, Sponsoring and Servicing of Customers and IBO’s ( attend meetings and recordings )
Key Point: Confidence and personal belief in products is the foundation for all business success. ( Use and learn about products )
Key Point: In order to learn industry specific knowledge, we should consult experts in the industry
Key Point: The most appropriate advice will come from people who have a vested interest in your success ( Amway Founders or your Upline Platinum )
Key Point: We can speed up our learning and development through sharing and teamwork. ( contribute and work with others in the team )
